Greetings! For my clients, I strive to squeeze the juice from Salesforce to make the best business margarita they have ever tasted.😁I am a Certified Salesforce Business Analyst and Certified Administrator. My experience includes practicing the Agile method, interfacing with customers, and use case creation. I enjoy leveraging Salesforce to build unique solutions to solve business problems. Through my engineering background, I enjoy utilizing accurate data and business requirements to make informed business decisions. I also have experience working with SQL, DOORS, Power BI, Jira and Jama.I enjoy interacting in Salesforce communities and groups to increase my Salesforce knowledge, awareness, and professional connections as well as help others to leverage Salesforce for their companies. I spend time in Salesforce's learning environment called Trailhead learning new Salesforce features. I am also a member of a Salesforce Professional Development program as a way to ensure I am not just a Salesforce Professional, but am always aware of best practices and perspectives from Salesforce professionals around the world.In my free time, I enjoy listening to podcasts and music, volunteering, working on cars and motorcycles, visiting craft distilleries and breweries, and making snarky jokes and comments to annoy my friends.

New Customer Salesforce Organization -
A new Salesforce org with a collection of customer requirements was needed. As part of a team of Salesforce Administrators we worked together to satisfy the requirements in the organization. The goal was to create an organization to track members who had signed up for a program. The members' statuses were tracked, such as their demographics, members' achievements, group projects, job found status, and more. Several automations were created to handle various tasks as defined in the requirements.

Five Year Giving Report -
As an Administrator for a nonprofit organization, I was tasked with recreating a Five Year Donation Report that was always created using cumbersome exports to Excel. Using an Non Profit Success Pack application in Salesforce, I was able to recreate the report in Salesforce. No more Excel!!
